To make sure you receive the database system you require we always work to an agreed specification. This can be very detailed or general - you decide.

Quote for specification (system design). Why do I pay separately for a specification?
Specification meeting(s).
Specification delivery.
Quote for development of database. Delivery of database (including installation and training if required). Maintenance contract begins - if required.>2. Specification by the customer using our easy to follow template and guidelines (typical).
Customer purchases and completes IT Accessed specification template (this cost is subtracted from the price of database).
Quote for design and development of database.
IT Accessed produces system design to the required level of detail.
Specification (design) agreement.
Delivery of database (installation and support given remotely if required).
Maintenance contract begins - if required.
